I Creative Autumn School
in the Branch of the Central Music School –

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Regulations govern the procedure for holding the I Creative Autumn School of the branch of the Central Music School – Academy of Performing Arts “Primorsky” from October 27 to November 1, 2025 (I Creative Autumn School).
1.2. The I Creative Autumn School offers a specialty in “Musical Performance (by instrument type)” with the following profile directions:
– “Piano”;
– “Orchestral Strings” (violin, viola, cello, double bass, harp);
– “Orchestral Winds and Percussion” (flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, french horn, trumpet, trombone, percussion).
1.3. Founder – Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Central Music School – Academy of Performing Arts” (CMS-APA).
1.4. Organizer – Branch of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Central Music School – Academy of Performing Arts” “Primorsky” (Branch CMS-APA “Primorsky”, Branch).
1.5. Participants: young musicians up to and including 20 years old.
1.6. Within the framework of the I Creative Autumn School, there are advanced courses for teachers in various profiles, as well as a Music Festival for teachers, students from music schools, art schools, music and art colleges, and creative ensembles. The process and terms for holding these advanced courses and the Music Festival are outlined in a separate document.
2. Goals and Objectives
2.1. Preservation and enhancement of the best traditions of Russian musical performance and pedagogy.
2.2. Identification and support of talented children in the field of instrumental performance, promotion of their professional growth.
2.3. Development of the education system in the field of musical art, dissemination of the experience of leading masters in musical pedagogy.
2.4. Popularization of classical professional musical education among children in the Far East, emphasizing the importance of nurturing a highly intellectual creative personality.
2.5. Creation of conditions for professional, creative, cultural, social, and general development of gifted children and youth using advanced achievements of modern musical pedagogy.
3. Terms and Conditions of the Event
3.1. The I Creative Autumn School will be held from October 27 to November 1, 2025.
3.2. Participants may include students of music schools, art schools, music colleges, art colleges, and all musicians up to and including 20 years old.
3.3. Venue: Vladivostok, Russky Island, Universitetsky Prospekt, 25, building 7.
3.4. The I Creative Autumn School is conducted in person.
Forms of work during the in-person I Creative Autumn School include:
– lessons (duration – 45 minutes);
– a concert in the Branch CMS-APA “Primorsky”;
– additional forms of cultural activities.
3.5. Participants of the I Creative Autumn School will get a certificate of completion after the I Creative Autumn School by CMS-APA.
4. Teaching Staff
4.1. The teaching staff includes department heads and teachers of the Branch CMS-APA “Primorsky”.
4.2. The teaching staff of I Creative Autumn School is approved by the Director of the Branch CMS-APA “Primorsky”. This approval may be subject to change during the course of the event.
